These terms apply to World Map Quiz ("the game"), made by Andreas Fick Løjtnant Krusell ("we", "us"). By playing the game you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

The free game

The game is free to play, with ads. There is nothing to buy.
You can collect up to 3 stamps a day. A stamp is collected when you finish a round, and rounds you leave early don't count.
When today's stamps are used up, you can choose to watch an ad to get 3 more, or come back the next day.
After a finished round, a short ad may be shown. It can be skipped after a few seconds.

Updates and availability

We may update the game, for example to add places, fix mistakes or keep it working on new phones. We may also change how it works, such as the number of daily stamps or how often ads are shown.

Fair play

Please don't modify the game or interfere with it to get around ads or the daily limit, and don't copy or resell its content.

Maps and names

Maps come from Natural Earth and place names from Natural Earth and Wikidata. Borders and names follow those sources and are simplified for a game. They don't express any position on disputed borders or territories. If you find a mistake, please tell us.

Liability

We make the game with care, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using the game. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Danish law applies to these terms. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws there. If you have a problem, please contact us first at grntxt@gmail.com. You can also contact the consumer authority in your country. In Denmark that is the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
